They explore the common myth that unreasonable behaviour or adultery has a bearing on financial settlements, when in reality this only impacts a financial order in very extreme cases. Hatti talks about how the change in terminology should make divorce more accessible as people may feel more comfortable navigating the divorce process by themselves. They also look at potential criticisms of no-fault divorce and Hatti addresses the fact that divorces will take longer.
