Kate is joined by Bec Jones and Anthony Syder. Bec has a background in family law as a family law solicitor with over 8 years’ experience and has also been through her own divorce. She is fantastic at offering pragmatic advice and is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the legalities around divorce and separation. Bec has been a divorce coach at amicable for over five years and has authored and appeared in a number of articles surrounding divorce, separation and co-parenting and is well known for her tips for maintaining a blended family. 

Anthony is a dispute resolution practitioner with experience across multiple sectors including family, employment and commercial. His areas of interest include the voice of the child, diverse and inclusive families and human rights. Anthony currently sits on the board of the Family Mediators Association and is a divorce coach and partnerships lead at amicable. 

In this episode, Kate and her guests discuss their retrospective journeys within family law and their transition from divorce lawyer/ mediator to divorce coach. They also explore the various options open to couples when they divorce, and how to decide which may option may be best for you and your family.
