They also discuss useful tools to help individuals mental health when going through a divorce or separation, and when an intervention such as therapy or counselling may be needed.

About our guests:

Maria is Head of Product at Spill, with a background in tech as a software engineer and is currently in the process of re-training to become an existential therapist. She has a small clinical practice outside of Spill, working as a volunteer counsellor in a bereavement service, and offers low-cost therapy.

Graham has spent the last nine years as a practising counsellor and coach, following on from retraining having spent 25 years in the corporate world.
